Sublime Science Workshops, Thursday 11th April 2024
The two workshops were split down by ages; Workshop 1 for 5 to 8 year olds, Workshop 2 for 9 to 11 year olds. Each workshop delivered the same experiments but Liv was able to go into greater depth for the older group.
Each workshop was jam packed with information and lots of hands on and engagement with the children. Look at our photos if you don't believe me! The Spectacular Science module covered bubble, smoke and flying things. The "Magic" Tricks showed us the science behind these tricks. The Climate Chaos module covered lightening, electrifying science and tornado races. The final module was the Gooey Slime Making, which was very popular with both groups.
