Funding Challenge, Community Support and Autumn Events
Valley Park Community Association has expressed disappointment after a second unsuccessful National Lottery funding application for Community Engagement Coordinator Lucy's role. Trustees are exploring alternative funding opportunities and encouraging residents to share ideas and get involved as volunteers. Meanwhile, community spirit remains strong, with a successful litter pick collecting 10 bags of rubbish, and a packed programme of autumn and festive activities planned for local residents.
