Writing for Wellbeing - 4 Week Course

Join us for a free, 4-week course delivered by Lorraine Cooke (you may recognise her name as she writes for us every month in the Valley Park Voice).
 
The course will run on Wednesday 26th February, 5th March, 12th March and 19th March, from 1.30pm to 3pm in Room 1 in Valley Park Community Centre.

These Informal sessions that will teach techniques for turning thoughts into writing in order to:
  • Calm an overactive brain
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Help with decision making and planning
  • Find joy in creativity
 
All welcome. No experience necessary. Please bring something to write with/on.
