Quiz & Fish Supper

(Booking opens on 1st December)

What are you waiting for? Gather a group of friends and sign up for an evening of laughter and a chance to win a few small prizes. You will need to know what everyone wants to eat before booking your tickets. The options are:

- Fish & Chips
- Chicken & Mushroom Pie and Chips
- Steak and Kidney Pie & Chips
- Sausage & Chips
- Pea fritter & Chips
- Just Chips
- Just Bingo (no food)

We’re keeping it simple so please bring your own favourite tipple, glasses and snacks. Hot drinks will be available free of charge. Please sign up below, an email with further details will be sent out a week prior to the event.

To help us, please can your team make one group booking so we can ensure you all sit together. If this isn’t possible and you’ve booked separately, please email Lucy (cec@valleyparkcommunity.co.uk) with the names of those in your team. 

Teams can be up to 8 people. If you book with less than 6, you may find that we have merged you with another team; this will not only increase your chancing of winning and introduce you to more people in our local community, it will also give more people the opportunity to attend the event as our hall is limited in size.

Once you’ve made your booking, you will be given the option to pay immediately with Sum Up. Alternatively an invoice will automatically be generated with payment details. A bank transfer is the preferred option but we can accept cash or cheques, this can be dropped off into the Office or posted through our letter box as long as the cash/cheque is in a clearly marked envelope. Once you have made payment, it may take up to 5 working days to receive your tickets via email as this is a manual process.  Payment must be made by 17th January. Please note that the office/phone is only manned 10am-2pm, Monday to Thursday, term time only.

Tickets will be available for purchase at a cost of £10 each from 1st December.

The week of the event, you will receive an email from Lucy with the final instructions.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 7 days before the date and time of the event.  Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events sell out, this will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. Please email cec@valleyparkcommunity.co.uk to cancel. Cancellations made within 7 days will not receive a refund however you may change the name of the booking by emailing cec@valleyparkcommunity.co.uk.
