CPR Training & Defib Awareness Training and Refresher Training - Saturday 6th June, two sessions available.

Learn Lifesaving CPR and Defibrillator Skills

Having the knowledge and confidence to perform CPR and use a defibrillator in an emergency is an invaluable skill — it could one day help you save a life.

Over a two-hour session, our wonderful volunteers from SCAS will guide you through both the theory and practical elements of CPR and defibrillator use.

Once you’ve completed the full training (either with us or elsewhere), we recommend attending an annual refresher to keep your skills up to date.

Upcoming Training - Saturday 6th June

We’re offering two sessions (you only need to attend one):

Morning Session (10:00am – 12:00noon)
Full CPR & Defibrillator Training

Afternoon Session (12:30pm – 1:30pm)
Refresher Session – for those who have previously attended our full training or similar elsewhere. This will focus mainly on practical skills.

Please note: This is informal training and no certificate will be issued.

What to bring

You’ll need to kneel on the floor for the CPR practice, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as trousers and suitable footwear.
