Halloween Trail, Crafts & Pumpkin Carving - MORNING SESSION

MORNING SESSION, 10.30am to 12.30pm

Join us for our spooky spectacular Halloween event on Sunday 26th October. Dig out your wellies and follow our spooky trail around the local park and woods. Can you find all of our clues, jump in a few puddles and climb a tree? A prize for everyone that makes it back! If that’s not enough excitement for you, we have pumpkin carving in the Main Hall and we’ll even help scoop your pumpkins for you; just think, no mess to clean up at home. We almost forgot to mention the free craft activity.  

If this all sounds like thirsty work, don’t worry the Community Kettle will be open selling hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks. Card payments preferred. 

Ticket options and prices:

**Trail & Pumpkin Carving - £6 per child

**Trail Only - £2 per child/prize

**Pumpkin Carving Only - £4 per pumpkin

Booking is required so we don’t run out of pumpkins. You can do the activities in any order that you wish, personally we'd start with cake!

Once you’ve made your booking, an invoice/email will automatically be generated with payment details. There will be a quick link to pay from this invoice, but you can also do a bank transfer if you prefer. We can accept cash or cheques, this can be dropped off into the Office or posted through our letter box as long as the cash/cheque is in a clearly marked envelope. Once you have made payment, it may take up to 5 working days to receive your tickets via email.  Payment must be made by 22nd October. You will receive an email from us a few days before the event with more information.

Once you have submitted your booking, your tickets are secure even if you do not pay immediately. Please do not duplicate your booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 7 days before the date and time of the event.  Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events sell out, this will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. Please email cec@valleyparkcommunity.co.uk to cancel. Cancellations made within 7 days will not receive a refund however you may change the name of the booking by emailing cec@valleyparkcommunity.co.uk.
